Dulcigno Travel – Booking Conditions
These Booking Conditions apply to all bookings made with Dulcigno Travel, including tours, local experiences (such as cooking classes), and accommodation. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation (via email or messaging) from Dulcigno Travel.
• Some services, especially accommodation, may require a deposit to secure your reservation.
• The full balance (if applicable) must be paid within the period indicated in your booking confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to check the details of your confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors.
2. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or through other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
By the Customer:• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official communication channel).
• The following refund policy applies to all services, including accommodation:
a). 100% refund for cancellations made more than 3 days before the start of the service
b). 50% refund for cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the start.
c). No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
c). No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused portions.
By Dulcigno Travel:• We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, illness, insufficient participation).
• In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date or service.
4. Modifications & Changes
• Requests to change booking dates, guest names, or number of participants must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Changing accommodation dates is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge depending on the season and rate.
5. Travel Insurance
• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance covering:
a.) Trip cancellations
b.) Medical emergencies
b.) Loss or damage to belongings
• Dulcigno Travel is not responsible for costs resulting from inadequate or missing travel insurance.
6. Liability & Responsibility
• Dulcigno Travel acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers (hotels, transport, restaurants, etc.).
• While we carefully select partners, we cannot be held responsible for any service failures by third parties.
• Guests participate in all experiences at their own risk. Please inform us at the time of booking of any allergies, health conditions, or physical limitations.
7. Guest Conduct
• We reserve the right to refuse participation or cancel services without refund if a guest behaves disruptively, poses a risk to others, or violates house rules at the accommodation.
• You are expected to respect the property culture, and local community during your stay and activities.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
• Your personal data will be used only to process bookings and deliver services.
• We follow GDPR guidelines and will not share your information with third parties except where required to complete your booking.
9. Governing Law
• These conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ulcinj.
